Estelle Tracy is a food writer and chocolate sommelier based in Kennett Square. After moving countries in 2002, the French native fell in love with the modern American food scene and she's been writing about it ever since. A seasoned blogger, she's also the author of three books, including a food survival guide for French expats in the US.
