Episode 53: Scott Litzenberg, Director, The Cadets Drum & Bugle Corps

Episode 53: Scott Litzenberg, Director, The Cadets Drum & Bugle Corps

If you are a fan of drum corps and the marching music activity, you know The Cadets.  Ten time DCI champions.  80 years of tradition and one of DCI’s marquee organizations.

The Cadets were rocked in April by the firing of their director.  That story has been well documented and I encourage you to read up on that issue.  The Cadets needed a director.  They found their man, Scott Litzenberg, in a very short period of time and as you will hear, the performers and the program march on uninterrupted.  It’s a story of renewal.

I had a chance to sit down with Scott and talk about the transition in leadership and the Cadets 2018 program and performers.
